Valbona Saraci Events Décor
About
This business started from a simple but deeply held belief: that how a moment feels is just as important as how it looks. I’ve always been drawn to detail the way textures sit together, how light moves across a table, how a space can quietly shape emotion without saying a word.
I don’t see tablescapes as decoration; I see them as storytelling. Each one begins with a conversation, a feeling, or a vision that’s often hard to put into words and my role is to translate that into something beautifully considered, layered, and intentional.
This is a small boutique studio, intentionally so. Nothing is rushed or templated. Each event is shaped with care, creativity, and a quiet obsession with getting it right.
At its heart, this is about creating atmosphere for life’s most meaningful moments so you can be fully present in them, while I take care of how they feel.

The Story
It began, quite simply, around a table.
There was laughter in the air, the kind that only comes from long-standing friendships. I was hosting friends from my time living in Milan; friends who are now based in Barcelona, each building their own inspiring businesses and lives. That evening felt easy, warm, and unforced. The kind of night where conversation flows from memories to dreams without effort.
I had set the table without overthinking it, just instinctively creating something warm and personal for the night.
At some point during the evening, surrounded by that energy and the way everyone naturally gathered around the table, it clicked. This wasn’t just something I enjoyed doing for friends. It was something more.
What started as a love for hosting evolved into a deeper creative practice: shaping spaces that hold connection, emotion, and meaning.

The Approach
I translate ideas into tablescapes through texture, tone, and detail, creating settings that feel cohesive and quietly expressive. Available ready-to-hire or designed bespoke around your vision.
1. Discover
I begin by understanding the mood, aesthetic and atmosphere you want to create.
2. Design
I curate a layered tablescape, thoughtfully combining tableware, linens, florals and decorative details into a cohesive concept.
3. Style
I carefully compose each setting on site, ensuring every element feels balanced, considered and effortless.
4. Gather
You simply enjoy the experience and the moments around the table, while I take care of collection and pack-down afterwards.
